The short version
We collect what we need to run an applicant tracker and nothing else. We don’t sell data, we don’t show ads, and we don’t use tracking cookies.
Businesses using applicants.app
We store your email address, your company details and the jobs you post. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
People applying to jobs
When you apply, we store what you submit — your name, contact details, resume and answers — on behalf of the business you applied to. That business decides how your application is used and how long it is kept. To have your application corrected or deleted, contact the business directly, or email us at hello@applicants.app and we’ll pass your request on.
Where data lives
Data is stored with Amazon Web Services in the United States and encrypted at rest. Resumes are kept in private storage and are only viewable by members of the hiring business.
Cookies
We set one cookie to keep you signed in and one to remember which workspace you’re using. Applicants get no cookies at all.
We send sign-in links, new-applicant alerts and application confirmations. We don’t send marketing email without asking.
